How are ANA 1, ANA 2, and ANA 3 related? e.g. when a marker is negative and positive, how does it affect the other two markers?

If ANA3 is negative, ANA1 and ANA2 will be reported as "not applicable" and <1:40 as they cannot be measured. If ANA3 is positive, then ANA1 and ANA2 are determined.
