What does it mean if I have multiple food sensitivities on my Food Sensitivity test results?

Multiple food sensitivities may indicate the gut is leaky. In a healthy gut, tight junctions keep food and microbes in the gut and prevent them from getting into the bloodstream. When the junctions are not tight (when the gut is leaky), food is more likely to get into the bloodstream, where it interacts with the immune system, which then creates IgA and/or IgG antibodies against those foods.
