Yes. Yogurt is a probiotic-rich food. Both probiotics and probiotic-rich foods taken/eaten before the Gut Zoomer will be measured and reported in the Probiotic Organisms sections of the Gut Zoomer test. Please note, probiotic-rich foods (< 1 billion CFU per serving) contain much lower levels of probiotics than probiotic supplements (30-75 billion CFU), so will likely have a smaller impact on test results.
Will eating yogurt impact Gut Zoomer results?
