Is it better to test for Tickborne Diseases using a blood draw (venipunture) or blood as dried spot (DBS) as the collection method?

There is no preferred collection method for Vibrant's Tickborne test. The dried blood spot (DBS) technique is comparable to serum and plasma and has been validated. Vibrant ordering providers have access to the Validation Report through their Vibrant Provider Portal.
