How can I be sensitive to cow's milk but not cheddar cheese or yogurt?

Vibrant’s Food Sensitivity test measures antibody response to whole proteins. These proteins are sourced from raw foods. Cooking and/or processing foods (such is done for cheddar cheese and yogurt) can denature and change protein conformation. In other words, the shape of the proteins in milk could be different than the shape of the proteins in cheese and yogurt. The ideal way to test the proteins levels are at the peptide level using Food Zoomer platform.
