The Intestinal Permeability score on Vibrant's Wheat Zoomer test is a unified score calculated from the IgA and IgG reactivity of the individual to the respective antigens (Zonulin, Anti-Zonulin IgG, Anti-Zonulin IgA, Anti-Actin IgG, Anti-Actin IgA, Anti-LPS IgG+IgM and Anti-LPS IgA) in the Intestinal Permeability panel with higher weightage for IgA than IgG. This takes into account the titer value even when the result may be in control.
