What is the difference between the fecal anti-gliadin (on Vibrant's Gut Zoomer) and serum anti-gliadin (on Vibrant's Wheat Zoomer)?

Fecal anti-gliadin and serum anti-gliadin exists in different compartments. Fecal anti-gliadin on the Gut Zoomer measures the number of antibodies to gliadin present in the gut lumen. Anti-gliadin on the Wheat Zoomer measures the number of gliadin antibodies found within blood.
