Where might I get mycotoxin exposure?

Mycotoxin exposure can come from dietary and/or environmental sources. Dietary sources include spoiled food (e.g., bruised apples) or raw agricultural commodities (e.g., corn before it is turned into corn chips). Environmental sources include living or working in water-damaged buildings, airborne or physical contact with outdoor molds, and airborne dust in buildings containing mold spores.
