Are Anti-purkinje and anti-Yo interconnected?

Yes. Both Anti-Purkinje and Anti-Yo antibodies are  part of the Brain Autoimmunity panel. Anti-Yo antibodies are found in the serum of patients with neurologic paraneoplastic syndromes and reported to have activity against Purkinje cells of the cerebellum.
