You can track the status of your Vibrant Wellness test kit at any time through the MyWellness Patient Portal. No account is required to log in.
To Track Your Kit:
Option 1: Use the Link in Your Email

Open the email from Vibrant Wellness with your test information.

Click the “View in MyWellness” button.

Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth if prompted.

Once logged in, your kit status will appear on your dashboard.
Option 2: Use the QR Code on Your Test Kit

Scan the QR code found in your test kit using your phone’s camera.

Your Accession ID will be auto-filled.

Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth.

You can find test kit status under 'Collect Sample'
Option 3: Log In Manually

Visit mypatienthubs.com/#/login.

Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Click Log In to view your test kit status.

Note: Kits will not shipped until payment is received on the order and all missing information has been completed by the patient.
