How Do I Schedule a Sample Pickup with FedEx?

When your kit is delivered, you will receive an email with instructions to return your kit. You can return your kit to a FedEx drop-off location or schedule a FedEx pickup. You must use the provided envelope with the return label already attached. You can find this envelope at the bottom of your kit.

FedEx Drop-off Method

You can return your kit by taking the pre-labeled return envelope to any FedEx location. Please remove all kit contents from the box if you cannot find the return envelope.

Scheduling FedEx Pickup 

You can have your sample picked up by choosing the FedEx Pickup Method option in your email and entering your accession ID. 

1. Ensure your sample is properly labeled and sealed in the pre-labeled return envelope.

2. Locate your 10-digit accession ID in the delivery details sent to your email and use your birthdate as the password to access your order summary.

Your accession ID is the 10-digit number beneath the barcode in the upper-right corner of your Order Summary. 

3. Choose FedEx Pickup and enter your accession ID

4. Schedule New Pickup
