You will receive an email that allows you to complete the payment without logging into the patient portal or you can pay for testing directly on the Patient Portal by clicking here.
You'll need your 10-digit Accession ID, located on the order summary at the top right-hand corner, along with your personal details to log in. You will also find the accessioning id in the order confirmation email that we sent you.
Once on the patient portal, insert the accessioning id found on your order summary and click on "submit".
You will be asked to enter your name and date of birth after which you click on "submit" to login to the portal.
Confirm your order details by following the steps below:
Note: This option will not show up if you have previously logged into the patient portal and already confirmed the details.
- Select whether you are a Patient or Legal Guardian.
- Read the Specimen Collection Site terms and conditions.
- Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the blue Agree and Confirm button.
- Enter your payment information and click on the "PAY" button.

- Debit card (Pay Now)
- Credit card (Pay Now)
- Afterpay (Pay Later) - Third-party payment plan
- Klarna (Pay Later) - Third-party payment plan
- Flexible Savings Account (FSA)
- Health Spending Account (HSA)
