How do I pay for my tests?

You can pay for your Vibrant Wellness test directly through the MyWellness Patient Portal—no account setup required.

To Pay for Your Test:

Option 1: Use the Link in Your Email

  1. Open the email from Vibrant Wellness with your test information.

  2. Click the “View in MyWellness” button.

  3. Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth if prompted.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll see a “Make a Payment” section if a payment is required.

  5. Follow the steps to enter your payment details and submit.

Option 2: Use the QR Code on Your Kit

  1. Scan the QR code on your test kit using your phone’s camera.

  2. Your Accession ID will be filled in automatically.

  3. Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth.

  4. Complete the payment steps shown on your dashboard.

Option 3: Log In Manually

  1. Go to https://mypatienthubs.com/#/login

  2. Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth.

  3. Click Log In.

  4. If payment is due, you’ll see a prompt on your dashboard to pay.

You can use the following payment methods:
  • Debit card (Pay Now)
  • Credit card (Pay Now)
  • Afterpay (Pay Later) - Third-party payment plan
  • Klarna (Pay Later) - Third-party payment plan
  • Flexible Savings Account (FSA)
  • Health Spending Account (HSA)
