Once you are on the web page, you will have the option to filter/limit your search to physical draw sites or mobile phlebotomist. Select the desired option and click on "Confirm"
On the search page, you will be able to search using your address or by the name of the draw site of phlebotomist. We recommend that you use your zip code in the address search box to find the closest draw site to you.
You can also expand or limit your search radius using the search radius filter.
Once you hit "Search" the list of Draw Sites/ Mobile phlebotomists with their contact details will populate on the left side of the page. You will need to call them directly to schedule an appointment.
