Patients can easily schedule a FedEx pickup to send their Vibrant Wellness collection kit to the lab. Scheduling a pickup ensures samples are shipped promptly and received within the proper testing window. Pickups can be arranged directly online or by calling FedEx.
How to Schedule a Pickup
To begin the pickup process, schedule a pickup online or call FedEx at 1(800)-463-3339.
Fill out the required fields.
Select Schedule a new pickup, then fill out the Pickup Date, Ready Time, and Latest Pickup Time. When finished, select Finalize.
Important Notes:
- This feature is only available in the U.S.
- The package needs to have the Vibrant Return Label affixed to the package. If you do not have a return label, please contact support.
