Vibrant Wellness is an independent lab and not a direct-to-consumer lab; we do not participate in, take assignments, or accept any private insurance. These are proprietary tests, and we do not provide superbills or CPT codes.
Also, we cannot assist with claim resolution for laboratory tests or consultations. We may provide you with a copy of your laboratory test report, subject to specific state restrictions, and a copy of your invoice for Vibrant services

Vibrant Testing is not covered by any Insurance plan, including Medicare. All testing is available as a cash-only option, and no Superbill or CPT codes will be provided for reimbursement. Patients can choose from Buy Now Pay Later options through Afterpay or Klarna.
