Can I request medical records directly from Vibrant?

While we don't provide superbills, we are happy to provide you with the following:

  • Your laboratory test report, subject to specific state restrictions
  • A copy of your invoice for Vibrant services

Billing Disclaimer: Vibrant Testing is not covered by any Insurance plan, including Medicare. All testing is available as a cash-only and no Superbill or CPT codes will be provided for reimbursement. Patients can also choose from Buy Now Pay Later options through Afterpay or Klarna.
