You can find patient kit tracking information on the Patients tab of the Provider Portal.
1. Log in to the Provider Portal. If you don't know your username and password, please contact our support team to reset your password at support@vibrant-wellness.com.
2. Click on the Patient tab at the top of the page.
3. Find the desired patient profile, and click on the three dots under the Action column and select Track Kit.
4. You can also track orders within the patient profile under the Order Info section, or by using the Sample Timeline.
Note: Kits will only get shipped out after we receive payment on the order.
Tracking information will appear only if the "send kit" was selected while placing the order.
