How to Use The Blood Draw Map
Please visit the interactive Blood Draw Map to find a local Vibrant-contracted draw site or a mobile phlebotomist that can perform the blood draw.
Once you are on the web page, you will have the option to filter/limit your search to physical draw sites or mobile phlebotomists. Select the desired option and click on "Confirm."
On the search page, you will be able to search using your address or by the name of the draw site or phlebotomist. We recommend that you use your zip code in the address search box to find the closest draw site to you.
You can also expand or limit your search radius using the search radius filter.
Once you select Search, the list of Draw Sites/ Mobile phlebotomists with their contact details will populate on the left side of the page. You or your patient will need to call them directly to schedule an appointment.
Please have your patient bring the phlebotomy instructions included in your kit or the blood draw provided by your office before the appointment. The phlebotomist will fill out this form so we can identify and process your sample once it is returned to our lab.
