To cancel an order, follow the steps below:

Log in to the Provider Portal.
- Click on the Patient tab.
- Search for the patient profile. On the right side, under Actions, click on the three dots, then select Cancel.
Another screen will pop up that will summarize the cancellation, as there may be fees.
Note: A $25 cancellation fee will be applied if the order has been paid and a kit has been shipped to the patient. Order cannot be cancelled once the sample has been received at the lab.
