To cancel an order, follow the steps below:
- Log into the Provider Portal.
- Click on the Patient tab.
- Search for the patient.
- On the right side, under Actions, click on the three dots, then cancel the order.
- Another screen will pop up that will summarize the cancellation, as there may be fees.
Note: A $25 cancellation fee will be applied if the order has been paid and a kit has been shipped to the patient. Order cannot be cancelled once sample have been received at the lab.
