How do I cancel a patient's order?

To cancel an order, follow the steps below:
  1. Log into the Provider Portal.
  2. Click on the Patient tab.
  3. Search for the patient.
  4. On the right side, under Actions, click on the three dots, then cancel the order.
  5. Another screen will pop up that will summarize the cancellation, as there may be fees.

Note: A $25 cancellation fee will be applied if the order has been paid and a kit has been shipped to the patient. Order cannot be cancelled once sample have been received at the lab.
