Refund eligibility is based on the order and sample processing status.
Orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the sample has been received by the lab or is being processed. Providers may only cancel and refund an order if the sample has not been processed by the Vibrant lab..
If the kit has not been shipped to the patient, a full refund can be processed. If the kit has already been shipped to the patient but has not been returned to the lab, a refund may still be initiated. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
