How do I send a testing kit to a patient?

When placing an order to send a testing kit to a patient, you'll have the option to select kits to be sent to the patient directly.

 

Ship to Patient

Ship to Patient is a delivery option that sends the test collection kit directly to the patient’s address. This supports at-home collection, with shipment tracking and order details available in the Provider Portal for providers, and MyWellness for patients.

 

Supplied by Client/Office/Phlebotomist

Supplied by Client, Office, or Phlebotomist is used when the collection kit is provided directly to the patient by the provider’s office or an in-person phlebotomist, rather than being shipped by Vibrant. This supports immediate collection and keeps the order moving without a separate kit shipment.
