When your kit is delivered, you will receive an email with instructions to return your kit. You can return your kit to a FedEx drop-off location or schedule a FedEx pickup. You must use the provided envelope with the return label already attached.

You can access detailed collection and shipping instructions specific to your order by logging into the patient portal.
To access the patient portal, you'll need your 10-Digit Accession ID, located on the top right-hand corner of the order summary, along with your personal details. You can also find the accession id in the order confirmation email you received.
If you are already logged in, please follow below instructions:
- Enter your Accession ID into the requested area and click on "submit"
- Add your personal details and click on "submit"
- Agree and confirm your information once logged in.
- Click on the "Lab Instructions" tab on the left of the screen.
5. Click on "Shipping" to jump to the "Shipping Instructions" section.
