In PCR results you will not see cross reactivity. You will see some cross reactivity in antibody response within Borrelia species. For example, Borrelia burgdorferi VLSE1 and Borrelia bavarianisis VLSE1 might cross react depending on the epitope to which the individual makes an antibody.
