I'm seeing a lot of E. Histolytica pathogen detection. How does Vibrant distinguish E. Histolytica from E. dispar?

Of all the Entamoeba spp. detection methods, RT-PCR, which Vibrant uses, has the highest sensitivity for distinguishing E. hystolytica from E. dispar, far outperforming stool microscopy, stool antigen detection, and serology.

The Vibrant publication, Evaluation of the Vibrant DNA Microarray for the High-Throughput Multiplex Detection of Enteric Pathogens in Clinical Samples, reports a sensitivity of 100% (54,1-100% CI), specificity of 100% (99.6-100% CI), positive predictive value of 100% (54.1-100% CI), and negative predictive value of 100% (99.6-100% CI). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6798489/pdf/13099_2019_Article_329.pdf
