For fecal anti-gliadin antibodies, which gliadin peptide is measured?

The Gut Zoomer measures fecal IgA and IgG alpha gliadin antibodies, with the IgA and IgG pooled together.

The Wheat Zoomer measures serum IgA and IgG antibodies to alpha gliadin, alpha-beta gliadin, gamma gliadin, and omega gliadin, and reports the IgA and IgG antibodies separately (not pooled together).

It is important to note that concentrations of alpha-gliadin antibodies in serum differ from concentrations of alpha-gliadin antibodies in stool.
