Please consider the following,
- Saliva Hormones - assess cortisol levels
- Neurotransmitters - inhibition of neurons containing histamine, norepinephrine, serotonin, hypocretin, and glutamate promotes sleep (Siegel, 2004).
- NutriPro or Micronutrients - Evidence has emerged that suggests a link between dietary/circulating micronutrients and sleep (Ji et al., 2017, Zhao et al., 2020).
Also consider doing a sleep study and/or adjusting sleep hygiene habits.
