What are different payment/ billing methods at Vibrant?

Orders can be placed using three payment methods: Provider Office Bill, Patient Pay Now, or Patient Pay Later. Vibrant does not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans and cannot provide IDC or CPT codes for reimbursement.

Provider office bill

Allows providers or practices to store their credit card on file and pay upfront so that they can pass the testing costs along to patients in their regular bill. This payment method allows kits to be shipped right away. 

 

Patient Pay Later

Allows providers to complete the checkout process without making the payment. Patients will be sent payment instructions and must complete payment using the secure link before their kit is shipped. Payment instructions can be delivered via email or text. A valid patient email is required to place the order.

Patient Pay Now

Allows providers to collect the patient's credit card information at the time they place the order before completing checkout. This payment method allows kits to be shipped right away. A valid patient email is required to place the order.
