Additionally, markers associated with intestinal permeability only include fecal zonulin IgA on the stool test, whereas the serum test assesses for
- Zonulin - which shows a snapshot of the level at the time of testing and
- Anti-zonulin IgG and Anti-zonulin IgA - looks at zonulin's activity over a certain time period
