Wallet Transaction Statuses

The Wallet provides real-time updates to help users manage revenue and track payment processing. Understanding transaction statuses ensures transparency in financial records and payment reconciliation.

Transaction Statuses and Their Meanings

• Pending – The order has been placed, but the sample has not yet been received.
• Initiated – A payment transfer has started and is in progress.
• Disbursed – Cashed-out revenue has been successfully transferred and will be reflected in the Balance column.

Managing Your Revenue

When a Pending or Initiated transaction is completed, the Balance column updates to reflect the most up-to-date available funds. When cashed-out revenue is Disbursed, it will be labeled as Disbursed in the Balance column. Users can hover over status labels for additional details on transaction progress.

By understanding these statuses, providers and admins can efficiently track revenue, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate financial management.
