The MyWellness Patient Portal gives you access to everything you need in one place, including test kit tracking, collection instructions, payment, questionnaires, and results (if shared by your provider). No account is needed.
Option 1: Use the Link in Your Email
Open the email from Vibrant Wellness with the subject line related to your test.
Click the “View in MyWellness” button.
Sign into MyWellness with your username and password. Your Accession ID will be auto-filled.
If you do not have a username and password, you can use Guest Sign In. Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth. Click Log In.
Option 2: Use the QR Code on Your Test Kit
Locate the QR code sticker on your test kit materials.
Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. The number next to the QR code is your accession ID.
Sign into MyWellness with your username and password. Your Accession ID will be auto-filled.
If you do not have a username and password, you can use Guest Login. Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth. Click Log In.
Option 3: Log In Manually
Sign into MyWellness with your username and password. Select the Accession ID associated with your order.
If you do not have a username and password, you can use Guest Login. Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth. Click Log In.
Trouble Logging In?
Double-check your name and birthdate match what your provider entered.
Make sure the Accession ID is correct (no spaces).
