If the “Proceed to Pay” button is disabled during checkout, it may be due to the selected payment method and billing address combination.
When a patient selects Afterpay or Klarna and enters a non-U.S. billing address, these payment options become unavailable. In this case, the button is disabled, and the following error message appears:
“The Pay Later option is not available for the selected country. Please use a U.S. billing address or choose a different payment method.”

Use a U.S.-based billing address, or Choose a different payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, HSA/FSA)
