The checkout process allows users to either apply their full credit balance or enter a specific amount, ensuring they retain any remaining credit for future use. Credit application options are determined by the default payout method configured in Settings & Preferences.
How to Apply Credits at Checkout
- Begin placing an order and select Checkout.
- When the payment screen appears, locate the Credit section.
- Review the available credit balance displayed.
- Enter the desired amount of credit to apply in the input field.
- Users may apply the full balance or a partial amount.
- Confirm the entry.
- Complete the remaining payment using the selected payout method for any balance due.
