Providers can mute repeat notifications for an unresolved issue directly from the notification email.
Selecting the "Stop Notifications About This Issue For This Order" button disables future email alerts for that specific order while it remains unresolved.
Muting applies only to the selected order. Notifications for new issues or other active orders continue to be delivered as usual.
