How do I Schedule the Blood Draw Concierge?

Vibrant's Blood Draw Concierge Service connects you with trusted mobile phlebotomists who come directly to your home or preferred location. It’s fast, flexible, and designed to work with your lifestyle.

Scheduling the Blood Draw Appointment

1.  You will receive an email when it is time to schedule the Blood Draw Concierge. Select the Schedule Your At-Home Blood Draw button in the email, and verify your name and date of birth.

You can also begin the scheduling process inside MyWellness.

2.  You will choose three times that you are available for the blood draw appointment for the phlebotomist to choose from and confirm your selections. 

3. Next, choose an appointment location. If you would like to use the same address as your shipping address, you can check the "Same as shipping address" box.

4. You will be required to provide a 4-digit code sent to their phone to proceed with this service.

You will then be prompted with the payment screen. If the concierge fee has already been paid, patients will skip the checkout stage.

Once scheduled, you will receive an email and text notification when the phlebotomist has confirmed one of the three potential appointment times. You will be able to cancel or reschedule their appointment from the confirmation notification if needed. 

Once the blood draw has taken place, the phlebotomist will be responsible for shipping the sample to the Vibrant lab.
