The Sample Timeline displays every order event from placement through final report.
Users can track progress, take quick action when needed, and resend patient notifications from one timeline.
Where is the Sample Timeline?
The Sample Timeline can be found by selecting any patient order and selecting the Timeline tab in the top row of the patient profile.
Event Cards
Selecting any event opens a card with additional details. Event cards will appear for order, payment, shipping, report, questionnaire, and email actions.
Each event card will also include quick access options such as View Details, Download PDFs, or Resend Questionnaires and Notifications. These actions enable users to retrieve documents, access shipping information, and communicate with their patients without needing to leave the page.
Future Events
The Sample Timeline gives providers a clear view of completed and upcoming steps. All future events remain grayed out until they are completed.
