The Sample Timeline provides a single, consolidated view of the full sample lifecycle. It displays all events from order creation through reporting, allowing users to track progress and view details in one location.
Where is the Sample Timeline?
The Sample Timeline can be found by selecting any patient order and selecting Sample Timeline.
Event Cards
Selecting any event opens a card with additional details. Event cards will appear for order, payment, shipping, report, questionnaire, and email actions.
Each event card will also include quick access options such as View Details, Download PDFs, and Send or Resend Questionnaires and Notifications. These actions allow users to retrieve documents, access shipping information, and communicate with their patients without leaving the page.
Future Events
The Sample Timeline gives providers a clear view of completed and upcoming steps. All future events remain grayed out until they are completed.
