How Do I Return International Test Samples?

To ensure the safe and timely return of your sample, please follow these instructions carefully.

Important Notice: Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in shipment delays and/or sample rejection.

 

Preparation of Shipment:

  • Please finalize the collection of your sample within 24 hours of shipping the sample back to Vibrant, and drop-off at DHL, or a carrier pickup.
  • Place the shipping label in the shipping pouch provided. Use the provided return envelope or cardboard shipping box specifically designed to safely transport your test samples.
  • Affix the shipping pouch securely to the most visible side of the container. Ensure it is away from any folds or seams. The recipient’s full address should be clearly visible.
