How Can Patients Track Their Orders?

Patients can track their NutriProZ, Regenere, lab test, or supplement order by clicking the Order Tracking button sent in their order receipt, shown below. Patients do not need to have a patient account to go through this process.

 

After clicking this link, patients will be required to input their information to access their order tracking information page.

 

After submitting, patients will be redirected to the order tracking page where they can view their order status.

 

If patients do have a patient account and did not check out as a guest, they can also access this tracking page by logging in to their account.

 

After logging in, patients will click their profile located at the top right of your shop homepage.

 

 

Next, patients can click Your orders to view their previous purchases and access the Track My Order button.
