To customize the Contact Us page on your Well ProZ shop, first log in to the back end of your shop as an admin. Navigate to Shop Editor, scroll down to Account Settings, and click Additional Settings.
Enter your practice name, website, and time zone in the fields shown below.
Don't forget to click Submit Practice Name and Submit Website after any edits to save your changes.
