Patients will receive a receipt with their order confirmation details from Well ProZ. They'll also gain access to the Patient Navigation system, which will provide them with sample collection instructions.
Patients will enter their unique accession ID, details, and confirm their information in the patient navigation system after clicking "Easy Access Portal".
After clicking "AGREE AND CONFIRM" patients will be directed to the page below where they will have access to preparation information, collection instructions, kit status, and blood draw options.
Patients can click "Go to map search" to be redirected to our interactive blood draw map where they can search for a blood draw site or mobile phlebotomist near them.
