First, click Create.
Input your email address and click Check Email.
Input the verification code you receive in your email, and click Verify.
Fill in the Create Account (Patient) information, accept the Terms and Conditions, and select Create Account.
From there, select Go Sign In Now!
Lastly, sign in with your new account information.
