By default, patients can't view their lab results. This is to ensure they'll come to you for interpretation and guidance.
However, you can change this if you like by updating the Lab Report Delivery Options settings in your shop's Account Settings.
First, select the Shop Editor tab in the left menu.
Next, scroll down to Account Settings and click Delivery Options.
To notify patients when their lab report is ready, toggle on Notify patients lab report is ready.
To allow patients to view their lab reports, toggle on Allow patients to access lab reports.
