To access recommendation history, click the "Recommendations" tab on the far left-hand navigation bar. This will take you to the home page of the recommendations page.
Select the "Recommendation History" tab to see all the prescriptions you've sent out.
To view the recommendation details, click the "+" button on the right-hand side of the screen.
For a list of patients who received this recommendation, click the "View List" button.
