The Patient Pay Later option allows a patient to leave the office before completing payment. After the order is placed, Vibrant automatically sends the patient an email with payment instructions.
The payment link allows the patient to choose from available payment methods, including credit or debit card, HSA/FSA card, and Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Afterpay or Klarna.
How to Use Patient Pay Later
When placing the order in the Vibrant Provider Portal, select Patient Pay Later as the payment option. Once the order is placed, patients will receive a link to pay within the MyWellness Patient Portal.
When the order is submitted, Vibrant will send the patient an email with payment instructions. Payment will be made inside the MyWellness Patient Portal.
Patients can select from available payment methods, such as:
- Credit or debit card
- HSA/FSA card
- Afterpay
- Klarna
Select your preferred payment method, fill out the required fields, and continue to payment.
