Can I eat rye and barley if my Wheat Zoomer results say I'm sensitive to wheat germ agglutinin?

Wheat germ agglutinin is the lectin component of wheat. While wheat germ agglutinin is specific to wheat, it strongly resembles the lectins found in rye and barley (according to this study https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6808991/). Therefore, when sensitivity to wheat germ agglutinin, the most conservative approach is to avoid all gluten-containing foods, including rye and barley.
