Why do most Wheat Zoomer results show sensitivity to wheat and gluten?

One reason for most Wheat Zoomer results indicating sensitivity to gluten and wheat could be due to a selection bias. Most providers order the Wheat Zoomer when they suspect their patient is reactive to wheat and/or gluten. In other words, healthy patients without symptoms rarely invest in testing.
