Why am I not receiving results are ready email notifications?

Users are able to receive email notifications about a patient's test are ready to be reviewed.

1. Make sure the setting is ON

In the Settings page, under Notification Preferences > Notify Me When, make sure "Test results are ready" is ON.

2. Set a notification email

In the Settings page, under Practice Info > Contact Info, make sure that the field for "Notification Email" is correct.

 

If this setting is ON and you are still not receiving email notifications, please submit a ticket.
