The Help Center allows you to search for answers to your clinical, logistical, or technological questions regarding Vibrant before raising their concern to support or your account manager allowing you to get answers quicker and easily reference them at any time.
- The Search Bar allows users to search specific questions to be matched with relevant articles.
- Sections allow users to browse help articles further broken down by category upon selection.
The Chat Icon in the bottom right hand corner allows users to access an AI chat bot that will help ask relevant questions to connect them with appropriate resources whether that is a help article, or a live support person by submitting a support request.
The Help Center is linked within the provider portal on the home tab
When the Help Center is accessed by anyone with a Vibrant Wellness account, they will not need to sign in to search for help resources, browse articles, use the chatbot or submit support requests.
The Chat Widget is always available in the bottom right corner when logged into the provider portal.
The Help Center can be accessed by users who do not have a Vibrant Wellness account (usually patients) directly from the Vibrant Wellness website using the Help Icon in the top navigation bar.
Users without a Vibrant Wellness account will be able to access help resources without an account but must create a support account to submit a support request so that our support team can follow up on the support request.
