To change your email address or password in the Vibrant portal, you will need to navigate to the Profile Control Panel in the upper right hand of the portal.
If you forgot your password, you can change your password from the log in screen.
Changing Forgotten Passwords
1. Go to vibrant-wellness.com to sign in using the provider sign in button
2. If you do not know your password, select forgot password to change your password
3. If you enter an email with an associated account, we will send you password reset instructions
Changing your known email or password
1. On the dashboard, select the Profile Control Panel in the upper right corner
2. Select "Settings & Preferences"
3. In the Settings Page, select the "Account" tab
4. Scroll down to Account Info and select "Change email address" to change your email address
5. Enter your desired email address and look for confirmation instructions in your email inbox
6. To change your password, select "Change password"
7. Enter your old password, new password and reconfirm your new password to change your password
