Practice Info
In the Settings and Notification Preferences Page under the Practice Info Tab, you can change your contact information, addresses, and manage the providers in your practice.
Basic Info
Your Practice Name and NPI number cannot be changed after account setup. If you need to change your NPI number, contact support to change these settings. Your Practice ID is for our identification purposes and cannot be changed.
Contact Info
On both a Practice Level and Provider Level, update contact info such as:
Office Phone*: Phone number of the front office
Primary Email*: On a Practice Level, many practices enter the generic email address for their practice, such as info@startupsuzi.com
Primary Phone: The primary phone number for the user on the account, if the provider or practice admin.
Notification Email: The email address that the owner of this account would like to receive email notifications
Emergency Phone: Emergency phone number for the owner of the account, usually a personal cell phone
Billing email: if applicable, enter the email address for your billing department, such as billing@startupsuzi.com
Office Fax: your office fax number
Office Manager: The name of your office manager
Address
Office Address: The physical address of your office. If you have more than one location, use the location of your "headquarters" office on a practice level; individual providers may choose to use their location's office on a personal level.
Billing Address: The billing address for your practice or organization. If multi- location, the billing address you use on a personal level may not be your physical office address if a third-party or headquarters office handles your billing for you. The billing address should match the credit card or bank account you use for the provider office bill payment method.
Shipping Address: Some of our providers keep kits on hand to give to their patients. If you would like to do this, you need to specify the shipping address we will use to send kits to your office on a practice or provider level.
Providers In Your Practice
Invite providers to your practice, change permissions, and manage all providers with the Providers In Your Practice section.
Practices with only one provider will not be able to see the distinction between Personal and Practice Settings. The settings shown to single-provider practices are Practice Settings. While the single provider is the Practice Admin by default, Personal Settings will not be viewable until another provider is added to the practice. Any settings updated before the addition of more providers will be Practice Settings with the 'Apply to Every Provider' toggle on.
